The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to processes for the production of electrodes for aluminum cells. The technological process of preparation of electrode mixtures includes the following sequence of operations: preparation of solid components of the mixture — residues of electrons and petroleum coke by grinding in a ball mill; dosage for filling weight; mixing with pitch and heating in mixers; feeding the prepared mixture into the molding device. In the electrode industry, a batch system on a double-lever filling station and continuous extruders are used. It is known to prepare the electrode mass for the production of baked electrodes of aluminum electrolysis cells by mixing solids and binders, mixing in closed devices by homogenization and thermal treatment of CO. The disadvantages of this method include; separate execution of operations in individual devices, which limits the productivity of the process as a whole, the narrow temperature range of the mixing processes (150170 0) and molding (90-120 ° C), is not provided with air-mixture cooling; environmental contamination of the boiler room and the surrounding environment due to condensation in the exhaust vapors of the resin. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is the method of preparing the electrode mass for the electrodes of electrolyzers for the production of alcumini from a mixture containing solids and connecting heat treatment in a closed device and supplying water for cooling masses The disadvantages of the known method are that the amount of liquid refrigerant supplied in it is determined only by the temperature of the mixture, and the excess volume of liquid refrigerant must be removed of the system with the following cleaning it. The aim of the invention is to reduce capital and operating costs and improve the ecological state of the environment. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of preparing the electrode mass for the electrodes of electrolyzers for the production of aluminum / and. from a mixture containing solids and a binder, including mass mixing, heat treatment in a closed device and water supply for mass cooling, water is fed into the mass in the mixing stage with simultaneous heat treatment until complete evaporation of water. 1 shows a diagram of the implementation of the proposed method; in fig. 2 and 3 - embodiments of the method on multi-process flow diagrams. The dry matter (see Fig. 1) flows from the hoppers 1 through the discharge devices 2, the feeder 3 to the weighing device 4 and from there to the continuous cooling mixer 5, in which the dry matter is turbulized and preheated. Binders are added to the preheated dry matter through the other filling scales 6 and the bunker 7. Through the pipeline 8, the amount of additives regulated by the fixture 9 is also fed into the cooling mixer 5. Water is fed from the main through the pipeline 10 to the mixer. The cooled mixture is conveyed by means of the transport device 11 to the forming device 12. This completes the process of preparing the electrode mixture. The proposed method of preparing the electrode mass can be laid in other (existing) technological schemes. FIG. 2 shows a training scheme (option) with instrumental separation of operations. Thus, the mass is preheated in the device 13 and after it is brought to a predetermined temperature, it is fed to the pre-mixer 14.
